Know who they are
Define the person or business you want: location, role, business type, interests, buying situation.
Stop trying to sell to everybody. Learn who needs what you offer, where they are, and how to speak to the problem they actually want solved.

The goal is not to reach everyone. The goal is to become relevant to the people most likely to need your solution.
Define the person or business you want: location, role, business type, interests, buying situation.
Ask what is frustrating them, costing them time, losing them customers, or stopping their next goal.
Look where your audience already spends attention: Google, WhatsApp, communities, social platforms, referrals or local areas.
Talk about the problem and desired result in simple words they understand—not a list of technical features.
Before you pitch, discover. Ask: “Who are you trying to reach?” “What is stopping them from buying?” “What would make this easier?” The answers tell you what your sales message should focus on.
“The goal isn’t to reach everyone. It’s to reach the right people with the right message.”
When your message matches a real problem, the conversation becomes easier because the customer can immediately see why your offer matters.
